OUR HISTORY
Using his Tax Refund check, Ron Anderson founded Anderson Paving in 1960. There were no Investors or bank loans to help him along.  Just grit, determination and a work ethic that wouldn’t quit. His unwavering commitment to quality and service created the foundations of DFW’s premier paving maintenance contractor.

Inspired by Ron’s story, Pam Thompson assumed the helm as Anderson Paving’s president and majority owner, leading the company with a continued focus on quality, integrity and reliability. Ms. Thompson maintains those principles responsible for our historical success, insuring they permeate every facet of our business as she continues to chart the course for this company’s future.  

Though we've grown considerably over the years, one thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to giving you our very best.  That's why, after 60-plus years in the business and new personnel, Anderson Paving, Inc. is still the number-one choice for the highest quality paving and construction services.
